But not all activities carry the same risks. The considerations for white-water rafting, for example, are vastly different from those of hang gliding. So why would you use the same liability waiver for both?   ### Waivers Tailored for Every Tour Type If you're running an adventure tourism or extreme sports business, having customizable waiver forms is essential. Each activity comes with its own unique set of risks, and your waivers should reflect that. From tailored safety inductions to activity-specific disclaimers, everything should be reviewed and approved by your legal advisor to ensure you've got every base covered. With Wherewolf, you can create **different waivers for different activities**, ensuring guests receive only the information relevant to their chosen experience. Whether you offer multiple tour types, seasonal activities, or activities with varying risk levels, your waiver process can flex to match.   ### Built For Customization Wherewolf’s digital waiver system makes it simple, automatically sending the right waiver to each guest based on their booking. But it doesn’t stop there. With Wherewolf, you can customize nearly every part of your waiver experience: - Tailor waiver content and form fields to suit specific activities - Apply your brand’s colors and logos for a seamless guest experience - Customize your own app and QR code so guests can easily check in and sign waivers on the day - Use checklists and multi-choice questions to confirm understanding of safety protocols - Benefit from two-way integration with platforms like FareHarbor or Peek to automatically deliver the correct waiver via SMS or email when a booking is made   ### Your Guest Data, Working Smarter Once a waiver is completed, guest data and signatures are securely stored in your online database. This data doesn’t just streamline your operations – it unlocks powerful post-visit opportunities too. Use it to: - **Prompt guests for reviews** while their experience is still fresh - **Send tailored offers** to encourage rebookings - **Build segmented marketing lists** based on activity type or guest history Our customers use Wherewolf to ensure every waiver is legally sound, activity-specific, and part of a broader strategy to grow repeat business and enhance guest satisfaction.   ### See Wherewolf Waiver In Action Want to see how it all works?
